Every price includes hardware, installation, hub integration, scene programming and a 12-month guarantee. The price driver is device count, not villa size or area: Uluwatu costs the same as Canggu.

The proof-of-concept package: smart lighting in the living areas, one smart door lock with guest codes, one camera with local recording, and the local hub everything later builds on. Installed in 1 day.
Comfort — from IDR 28,000,000
The 2-bedroom standard: lighting scenes in every room, two locks, three cameras with NVR, AC automation throughout, and motorised curtains in the master bedroom. Installed in 2–3 days.
Full Villa — from IDR 45,000,000
Everything, properly: a 3-bedroom villa with lighting, climate, locks, full camera coverage, curtains, multiroom audio and a UniFi network with LTE failover. Installed in 3–5 days.
